BRIEF
This property in South Croydon had a small dark basement and a series of ground floor rooms that were poorly connected to each other and to the garden.
Our proposal increased the rear part of the building to the full width of the site. This allowed an enlarged dining space and kitchen to relate to the garden. A flat roof skylight maintains the natural light of the spaces that surround it.
The sliding full-length doors onto the garden bring the inside out and make entertaining and dinner parties a real spectacle.
