Discharge Planning Conditions

Submission of details of any conditions requested by the council in conjunction with a successful planning application. These are submitted to the council similar to a planning application and should be dealt with in 8 weeks.

Please Note: If the condition has multiple sections this may incur additional fees. Some may also require additional input from specialist consultants at additional cost eg if acoustic details are requested or construction method statements.
