(BUILDING SAFETY ACT 2022 (BSA) PRINCIPAL DESIGNER ONLY)
1 day per month allocated to your project per month includes:
- 1 site visit per month to monitor construction
- Fulfil our duties as Principal Designer under Part 2A of the Principle Regulations (required by law)
- Photographic record of site visits
- Meeting minutes
- ½ day per month for any design/ drawing changes, coordination with other consultants or contractor requests for information
Please Note: Additional meetings, design changes or requests for information (from the contractor) will be charged on an hourly basis.
